1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Omega Bot ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Software.

2. Description of Service

Omega Bot is an automated trading Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). It follows a structured Breakout & Reset approach with defined risk controls. The Software executes trades automatically according to its built-in logic.

3. Lifetime Licence Grant

Subject to payment of the applicable one-time fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Lifetime Licence to use Omega Bot on a single MT4 or MT5 trading account. This includes:

  • Lifetime access to the licensed version of Omega Bot
  • Future updates and bug fixes for your licensed version
  • Technical support as outlined in our support policy

License Restrictions: You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Use the Software on multiple accounts simultaneously without additional licenses
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer your license to another party

4. License Key and Activation

Each license includes a unique license key and magic number that are pre-configured in your EA file. The license is tied to a single trading account. You may transfer the license from a demo account to a live account, but simultaneous use on multiple accounts requires additional licenses.

5. Risk Disclaimer

Trading in foreign exchange (Forex) markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

By using Omega Bot, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand the risks involved in Forex trading
  • You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes
  • We do not guarantee any specific trading results or profits
  • You will only trade with funds you can afford to lose
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and affect trading performance

6. No Guarantees

Omega Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific profit levels or returns
  • Continuous or uninterrupted operation
  • Compatibility with all brokers or trading conditions
  • Freedom from errors or bugs

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Properly installing and configuring the Software
  • Ensuring your MT4/MT5 platform is properly configured
  • Enabling WebRequest for license verification (one-time setup)
  • Monitoring your trading account and managing risk
  • Complying with your broker's terms and conditions
  • Maintaining the security of your license key

8. Payment

Omega Bot is sold as a Lifetime Licence for a one-time payment (currently £999.99, or the price shown at checkout in your local currency). Payment is processed through our secure payment provider. There are no recurring subscription fees for the Omega Bot licence itself.

Optional add-on services (such as VPS hosting) may be billed separately under their own terms. Prices may change for future purchasers; your completed purchase price is confirmed at checkout.

9. Refunds

All Omega Bot Lifetime Licence purchases are final and non-refundable once your order has been completed and access has been granted. Because Omega Bot is a digital product with instant delivery, licence creation, account provisioning, and technical and support resources allocated immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.

10. Support

We provide email and Telegram support for installation, configuration, and technical issues. Support is available during business hours and response times may vary.

11. Intellectual Property

Omega Bot and all associated materials are the exclusive property of Omega Bot. All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with us. You receive only the license rights specified in these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Trading losses or financial damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • System downtime or technical failures

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
