1. Digital Product Delivery
Omega Bot is delivered as a digital product. Upon successful payment completion, you will receive your license via email within 24 hours. The delivery includes:
- Expert Advisor (EA) file (.ex5 format for MT5 or .ex4 for MT4)
- License key and magic number (pre-configured in the EA file)
- Installation instructions
- Important setup notes
2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: License keys are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In most cases, delivery occurs within a few hours.
Delayed Delivery: If you do not receive your license within 24 hours, please:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Verify the email address used during purchase
- Contact us at support@botomega.com
3. Pre-Configured License
Your license key and magic number are pre-configured in the EA file you receive. This means:
- No manual entry of license credentials is required
- The EA will automatically verify your license when attached to a chart
- You only need to enable WebRequest in MT4/MT5 (one-time setup)
4. Installation Requirements
To use Omega Bot, you need:
- MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform installed
- A Windows PC or laptop (not compatible with smartphones or tablets)
- An active trading account with a broker
- WebRequest enabled in MT4/MT5 for license verification
5. License Activation
Your license is activated automatically when you:
- Copy the EA file to your MT4/MT5 Experts folder
- Restart MetaTrader
- Attach the EA to any chart
The EA will verify your license automatically. Check the Experts tab in MT4/MT5 for confirmation messages.
6. License Transfer
Each license is tied to one trading account. You may:
- Transfer your license from a demo account to a live account
- Use the same license key when switching accounts
Note: To use Omega Bot on multiple accounts simultaneously, you will need to purchase additional licenses.
7. Updates and Upgrades
Your license includes:
- Updates and bug fixes for your licensed version while your subscription is active
- Access to use the version you subscribe to for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing
- Upgrades to newer tiers or versions may require a different plan or purchase

9. No Physical Shipping
