Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be available for Omega Bot subscriptions, how cancellations work, and what happens to your access after you cancel.

Overview

Omega Bot is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual). We want this policy to be clear and fair: limited refund windows apply to initial qualifying payments only, while cancellation always lets you stop future renewals without losing access for the period you have already paid for.

By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, please contact us before requesting a refund or disputing a charge with your bank or card provider.

Monthly subscription refunds

First payment only — 7-day window

  • You may request a refund for your very first monthly subscription payment if the request is made within 7 days of that payment.
  • After the first 7 days, that initial monthly payment becomes non-refundable.
  • All future monthly renewals are not eligible for refunds. This includes every payment after your first billing cycle.

Example — renewal after month one

  • Your subscription renews on the 1st of the month.
  • You cancel on the 3rd.
  • You keep full access until the end of that billing cycle (e.g. until the end of the month).
  • No refund is provided for that renewal payment — even if you cancel shortly after renewal.

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. See the Cancellation Policy below for full details.

Annual subscription refunds

  • If you are on a yearly plan, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial annual purchase.
  • After 14 days, annual plans become non-refundable for the remainder of that billing year.
  • Annual renewals (subsequent yearly charges) are treated as new billing periods and are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.

What is not refundable

To avoid confusion, the following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly subscription renewals (second month onward)
  • Payments made outside the applicable refund window (7 days monthly / 14 days annual)
  • Partial or unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation
  • Trading losses, market performance, or dissatisfaction with trading results
  • Add-ons or separate services billed outside your core subscription, unless stated otherwise

Refunds are not offered as a substitute for cancellation. If you no longer wish to continue, please cancel your subscription so you are not charged again at renewal.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your Omega Bot subscription at any time. Cancellation is designed to be straightforward and does not remove access immediately.

  • Cancel anytime — you are always free to end your subscription.
  • Future renewals only — cancelling stops upcoming charges. It does not reverse a payment that has already been processed.
  • Access until period end — after cancellation, you keep full access until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).
  • No partial refunds — we do not provide pro-rata or partial refunds for unused days or weeks within a billing cycle.
  • No refunds on renewed periods — if you have already renewed into a new billing period, that renewal charge is not refundable unless it falls within the limited refund windows described above (and only where applicable — e.g. the first monthly payment within 7 days, or the initial annual payment within 14 days).

How to cancel

To cancel your subscription, simply contact our support team through Telegram, email, or any other official Omega contact method.

Please include the email address used to purchase your subscription so we can locate your account.

Once requested, we will process your cancellation as soon as possible. We do not require long cancellation forms or unnecessary questions.

After cancellation, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew automatically.

How to request a refund

If you believe you are eligible under this policy, contact us as soon as possible:

Please include:

  • The email address on your Omega Bot account
  • Your plan type (monthly or annual)
  • Date of the payment you are asking about
  • A brief reason for your request

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Free trial & billing errors

If you are on a free trial and have not been charged, cancelling before the trial ends prevents any subscription charge. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us promptly and we will review the account.

Disputes & chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a charge that falls outside this policy may delay resolution and can result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.

We review every case fairly. Our team will explain your options if a refund is not available under this policy.

Trading disclaimer

Omega Bot is trading software. Refund eligibility is based on subscription billing terms — not trading performance. Forex trading involves risk, and we do not guarantee profits or specific results.

Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals after the update is published.
