Omega Bot is sold as a Lifetime Licence (one-time purchase). This policy explains our sales terms for digital software licences and what happens when your order is completed.

Overview

All Omega Bot Lifetime Licence purchases are final and non-refundable once your order has been completed and access has been granted.

We explain this clearly so you know what to expect before you buy. Please review the product details, features, and setup requirements on our website before completing your purchase.

Why all sales are final

Because Omega Bot is a digital product with instant delivery, licence creation, account provisioning, and technical and support resources allocated immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.

When you purchase Omega Bot, the following happens immediately:

  • A unique software licence is generated and assigned to you.
  • Your account is provisioned and digital access is delivered instantly.
  • Technical resources (including server resources, API usage, and activation systems) are allocated at the time of purchase.
  • Support resources may be assigned to help with delivery, setup, and onboarding.

Because these resources are consumed at the point of sale and the software remains available to you immediately, the purchase cannot be reversed in the way a physical product can be returned.

Before you purchase

Please ensure that Omega Bot is suitable for your requirements before completing your purchase. Product information, features, support resources, documentation, and educational materials are available to help customers make an informed decision prior to purchase.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the information provided and understand that all purchases are final once access has been granted.

What this policy does not cover

  • Trading losses, market performance, or dissatisfaction with trading results (Omega Bot is software; we do not guarantee trading outcomes)
  • Separate services such as VPS hosting (see the VPS Subscription Policy below), which are governed by their own billing and cancellation terms
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first to resolve a genuine billing issue

Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, such as a duplicate payment or technical billing issue, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will investigate genuine billing errors and work to resolve them where appropriate.

VPS Subscription Policy

Omega VPS is a monthly subscription service that includes server resources, account provisioning, setup, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

Due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred immediately upon activation, VPS subscription payments are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned.

Customers may cancel their VPS subscription at any time. Once cancelled, no further billing will occur.

After cancellation, access to the VPS service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. At the conclusion of that billing period, the VPS service will be terminated and access will be removed.

Cancelling a VPS subscription does not automatically cancel any separate Omega Bot licence or related services unless specifically stated.

Trading disclaimer

Omega Bot is trading software. Purchases are not based on trading performance. Forex trading involves risk, and we do not guarantee profits or specific results.

Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to future purchases after the update is published.
